Each View Box House comes fully finished and ready to use, even in the standard version. The base price includes the complete steel structure and base, exterior and interior walls with extra-thickness thermal insulation, finished interior floor, skylight, stainless steel entrance door with smart door lock, aluminum shelf details, interior and exterior lighting fixtures, and fully installed electrical and plumbing systems.
All houses are equipped with double-glazed windows (6 mm glass + 12 mm argon + 6 mm glass) and electric curtains as standard.
The bathroom is fully furnished and finished, including a walk-in shower with multiple shower heads, smart toilet, mirror with integrated lighting, and water heater.
Heating and cooling are provided by Midea air-air inverter heat pump units, included in the base price, with one unit per room (12,000 BTU for smaller rooms and 18,000 BTU for larger rooms). Delivery to United kingdom is also included in the standard price.

The single room Prefab house - Nova, dry and wet separation of the bathroom, its exterior design blends well with nature, the overall frame design is simplified, traditional and efficient layout, which makes it suitable for many scenes.
A 50% deposit is charged to begin production of the models, then, upon completion, the remaining 50%, before they are loaded for delivery.
THE HOUSES ARE FULLY EQUIPPED AS SEEN IN THE DRAWINGS AND ON THE PRODUCT DETAILS PAGE. WE HAVE THE BEST THERMAL INSULATION SYSTEM OUT OF ALL THE FACTORIES ON THE MARKET.
