Frequently Asked Questions
We are here to reply to the most commonly asked questions
Are the materials used at European standards?
All LuxCabin capsule houses distributed on the European market are constructed exclusively using European-standard materials, starting from the galvanized steel structure, to the wiring, the plugs, and all finishings.
How does the payment system work?
We will provide you the proforma invoice and the bank account details in order to make the first 50% of the payment to get the production started. In about 3 to 4 weeks your cabin will be completed and you'll have to pay the other 50% plus shipping once it is ready to be transported to your desired location.
* If the cabin has been finished and the remaining 50% has not been paid within 3 months, the 50% upfront payment will be forfeited and you will have to re-order. The 50% upfront is non-refundable under any circumstances.
What is the usual production time?
It takes about 3-4 weeks from the day you make the 50% upfront payment until your cabin is ready to be shipped.
What is the normal delivery time?
Delivery time to European countries is between 7-9 weeks. Intercontinental deliveries may take longer depending on destination.
Why do the prices on the website not include VAT?
Prices on the website do not include VAT because VAT rates vary from country to country. The applicable VAT will be calculated based on your delivery destination.
What is the approximate cost of shipping?
Each LuxCabin comes fully finished and ready to use, even in the standard version. The base price includes the complete steel structure and base, exterior and interior walls with extra-thickness thermal insulation, finished interior floor, skylight, stainless steel entrance door with smart door lock, aluminum shelf details, interior and exterior lighting fixtures, and fully installed electrical and plumbing systems.
All cabins are equipped with double-glazed windows (6mm + 12mm argon + 6mm glass) and electric curtains as standard. The bathroom is fully furnished and finished, including a walk-in shower with multiple shower heads, smart toilet, mirror with integrated lighting, and water heater.
Delivery to Romania is included in the standard price. The shipping cost to other countries is estimated and the final cost might differ depending on the shipping rates at the time.

What warranty do you offer?
Every LuxCabin comes with a comprehensive 10-year structural warranty covering the steel frame, exterior shell, and waterproofing. Additionally, all electrical and plumbing systems carry a 5-year warranty. Smart home components and appliances include a 2-year manufacturer warranty. Our warranty is valid across all EU member states.
How is the installation process?
LuxCabin capsule houses arrive fully assembled and ready to connect. Once delivered, the cabin needs to be placed on a prepared foundation (concrete slab, screw piles, or gravel pad). Connection to utilities (electricity, water, sewage) typically takes 1-2 days with a licensed electrician and plumber. Our team provides detailed installation documentation and remote support during the entire setup process. For an additional fee, we can arrange professional on-site installation assistance.
